WHITE ROMAN CHASUBLE

  • A White Chasuble in the Catholic Church symbolizes purity, joy, and the glory of the Resurrection. It is used during the most joyful celebrations of the liturgical year, such as Easter, Christmas, and major feast days of the Lord, the Blessed Virgin Mary, angels, and saints who were not martyrs.

  • The color white represents light, holiness, and the triumph of Christ over sin and death. It reflects the beauty and radiance of God’s grace revealed in the mysteries celebrated at the altar.

  • When a priest wears a white chasuble during Mass, it reminds the faithful of the joy of salvation and the hope of eternal life, calling the Church to celebrate the sacred liturgy with reverence and thanksgiving.
